Changhua County is the largest flower distribution center in Taiwan, accounting for 38% of Taiwan's planting area. Almost one out of every three flowers in Taiwan comes from Changhua, mainly centered in Tianwei Township, and extending to Yongjing Township, Xizhou Township, Tianzhong Township, Pitou Township and so on, forming a unique community for flower export. In which 90% of the residents of Tianwei Township are engaged in gardening.

Formosa 3 fully supports local flower farmers, hoping to spread the reputation of Changhua as the "Flower County" across Taiwan and even throughout Asia. Taking action to promote local flower products in Changhua, the team also actively participates in the grandest flower exhibition in the county, "Flowers in Changhua". Formosa 3 enthusiastically invites the public to visit the exhibition with their families during the New Year holidays and enjoy a pleasant time in the vast sea of flowers.

Members of Formosa 3 also expressed that participating in the "Flowers in Changhua" exhibition allowed them to establish deeper connections with local residents. Foreign members even brought their families to the event to witness the charm of the "Flower County." Louise Nielsen, ＤDeputy Project Director of Formosa 3, accepted a certificate of appreciation from the Changhua County Government on behalf of the team. She stated that Formosa 3 will fully assist Taiwan in developing offshore wind power, while also dedicating to connecting with the local communities, thus realizing mutual prosperity and goodness with Changhua.
